KITCHEN & BATH DESIGNER -IL at Distro – Elk Grove Village, Illinois

Position Summary We are seeking a highly motivated, self-starter Kitchen & Bath Designer to join our team in Illinois. This role requires someone extremely organized, detail-oriented, and confident in both design and sales.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Design and sell kitchen and bath projects

• Create detailed floor plans and elevations

• Work closely with clients to develop customized design solutions

• Manage projects from concept through completion

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Must have a valid driver's license

• Must be able to pass a background check

Education & Experience

• Previous design experience with Home Depot is a plus

• Portfolio required (must include elevations and floor plans)

• 10+ years of experience preferred (minimum 5 years acceptable)

• Proficiency in 2020 Design software (cabinet design software) is required

• Strong knowledge of floor plans, kitchen cabinet layouts, construction processes, and finish materials
