We are seeking a local family medicine physician to provide PRN coverage at an onsite health clinic in Machesney Park, Illinois. Coverage is needed for select dates in May and consistent weekday blocks throughout June and July, with potential for ongoing assignments.

• Active, Unrestricted Illinois State Medical License
• Board Certification in Family Medicine
• Local Providers Only
• Must see patients ages 2+
• BLS Certification
• Illinois DEA and Dispensing/Prescribing license
