About This Position
Scope of Position: Plans, directs, and is accountable for all activities in the design, development and implementation of displays, exhibits, and interior environments for assigned Tier 3 projects. Oversees projects to ensure that goals or objectives of the projects are accomplished within prescribed time frame and funding parameters.
Requirements:Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Serves as the primary point of contact for the client regarding the given project(s) and will meet with the client as determined by the project's complexity and needs.
- Manages all aspects of the project thru ECI’s ERP system and PM management programs.
- Develop and define the project scope of work, and provide oversight to ensure that all project elements meet the requirements of the specifications.
- Reviews cost estimates against final project scope to confirm labor hour scheduling, subcontractor's roles and costs, mate-rial costs and availability, site specific requirements and allotment of available resources to various phases of project.
- Directs and coordinates activities of assigned project personnel and any subcontractors to ensure the project progresses on schedule and within prescribed budget.
- Monitors all project accounting tasks and assigns tasks per departmental standard operating procedures.
- Ensures that proper ECI processes are followed on each project.
- Follows up with prospective clients by forwarding contact information to appropriate ECI personnel.
- Enhances department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments
- Displays the ability to effectively and proactively communicate with all departments.
- Assists the Sales team with shows, quotes, work orders, and Exhibitforce orders and maintenance.
- Research shows information and downloads information.
- Update Department spreadsheets
- Performs all other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must satisfactorily perform each essential duty. The requirements listed below represent the knowledge, skills, and/or abilities required.
Education and/or Experience: High school diploma and minimum three (3) years’ experience in performing related administrative duties in an office atmosphere.
General Skills:
- Computer Skills - Should be fluent in Microsoft 365.
- Mathematical Skills - Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, and percentages.
- Reasoning Ability – Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
- Technical Drawing Knowledge - Ability to read detailed floor plans is a plus.
