In this role, you will:

Ensure smooth day-to-day dental operations across two sitesStrengthen billing accuracy, reimbursement, and revenue cycle performanceLead and support front-office staff responsible for patient access and financial workflowsHelp remove barriers to care by improving scheduling, billing, and patient experience🧠 What You’ll Do🦷 Operations & Team LeadershipSupervise and support dental front desk staff across both locationsCoordinate scheduling, including emergency and complex casesSupport training, onboarding, and ongoing staff developmentAddress patient concerns with professionalism and empathy💰 Billing & Revenue Cycle (Key Focus)Oversee and support dental billing processes, including claims submission, follow-up, and resolutionEnsure accuracy in insurance verification, coding, and documentation workflowsWork closely with billing teams to reduce denials and improve reimbursementMonitor billing trends and identify opportunities for process improvementManage vendor billing and support financial tracking and reporting📊 Program Support & CollaborationAssist with budgeting and quality improvement trackingPartner with the Chief Dental Officer and leadership teamMaintain compliance, confidentiality, and operational standardsPromote a safe, efficient, and patient-centered environment🧩 What You’ll BringRequired:Experience in dental billing, revenue cycle, or dental front office operationsStrong understanding of insurance workflows, claims processes, and reimbursementExcellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentProfessional judgment and commitment to confidentialityPreferred:Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in healthcare or dental administrationExperience supervising or leading staffExperience working in community health, FQHC, or multi-site environments🌍 Why You’ll Love Working at GSCHWe support our team the same way we support our patients — with respect, collaboration, and opportunity.
