Remote Marketing Project Manager

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Marketing Project Manager - REMOTE. In this role, you will be the crucial link between stakeholders and the project team, ensuring effective communication and alignment of project goals. You'll work closely with senior management to define project scope and deliverables, while also developing comprehensive plans that include timelines and resource allocation. Your leadership will be key in monitoring project performance and addressing risks to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget. Ultimately, you will help foster a collaborative work environment that promotes continuous improvement and stakeholder satisfaction.
Accountabilities
  • Serve as the main liaison between stakeholders and the project team.
  • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management.
  • Develop detailed project plans including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
  • Monitor project progress and performance, ensuring adherence to schedules and budgets.
  • Identify and manage project risks, issues, and changes.
  • Coordinate and lead project meetings, providing updates and facilitating discussions.
  • Ensure project documentation is complete, accurate, and up-to-date.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and address concerns or feedback promptly.
  • Provide guidance and support to project team members.
  • Evaluate project outcomes and conduct post-project reviews.
Requirements
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Strong process and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Flexibility and adaptability to change.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, IT, Communications, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience managing marketing or digital projects.
  • Project Management certification preferred.
