About This Position
Operations Manager II

Core4ce is seeking an experienced Operations Manager Level I to lead transition efforts supporting SASP operations at the Pentagon. In this role, you will develop and implement a phase-in transition plan to ensure seamless continuity of operations with minimal disruption of services.
Responsibilities:
- Project management and transition planning
- Risk assessment and mitigation strategy development
- Government contracting experience
- Familiarity with Department of Defense systems and processes
- Strong leadership and team coordination abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to develop detailed methodologies and implementation plans
- Knowledge of government furnished equipment (GFE) accountability processes
- Experience with standard operating procedure (SOP) development or review
- Stakeholder management and coordination skills
- Timeline development and management
- Problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- Ability to work under tight deadlines
- Knowledge of security clearance processes and requirements
- Familiarity with Common Access Card (CAC) procedures

Requirements:
- 2-5 years of experience in operations management or similar role
- TS/SCI required
- Bachelor's degree (4-year degree) required
- Previous experience managing transition or implementation projects
- Experience working with government contracts, preferably DoD
- Demonstrated success in meeting critical deadlines
- Experience developing and implementing transition plans
- Background in coordinating with government stakeholders
- Prior experience in risk identification and mitigation
- Knowledge of government IT systems and access requirements
- Experience managing teams during transition periods
- Familiarity with government contracting processes
- Track record of successful project completion within specified timeframes
- Experience with documentation and reporting for government contracts
