Are you organized, outgoing, and interested in starting a career in Human Resources? Jim Shorkey Auto Group is seeking an entry-level HR Administrator to join our supportive and fast-growing HR team.

What You’ll Do
- Assist with posting job openings and attracting candidates through job boards, social media, and other channels
- Conduct initial candidate screenings and schedule interviews
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers across our 19 locations
- Maintain accurate records in our applicant tracking system
- Support onboarding by tracking paperwork and new-hire progress
- Help ensure all onboarding documentation is complete and compliant
- Represent Jim Shorkey Auto Group at job fairs and hiring events as needed
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team
- Answer phones using a multi-line system in a professional and friendly manner
- Full-Time | On-Site
- Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
- No evenings
- No Weekends

Requirements: What We’re Looking For
- Interest in Human Resources, Recruiting, or Administrative work
- Strong communication and people skills
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office (training provided for HR systems)
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Previous office, customer service, or administrative experience is a plus—but not required
