Are you organized, outgoing, and interested in starting a career in Human Resources? Jim Shorkey Auto Group is seeking an entry-level HR Administrator to join our supportive and fast-growing HR team.

What You’ll Do
  • Assist with posting job openings and attracting candidates through job boards, social media, and other channels
  • Conduct initial candidate screenings and schedule interviews
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers across our 19 locations
  • Maintain accurate records in our applicant tracking system
  • Support onboarding by tracking paperwork and new-hire progress
  • Help ensure all onboarding documentation is complete and compliant
  • Represent Jim Shorkey Auto Group at job fairs and hiring events as needed
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR team
  • Answer phones using a multi-line system in a professional and friendly manner
Schedule
  • Full-Time | On-Site
  • Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
  • No evenings
  • No Weekends

Requirements: What We’re Looking For
  • Interest in Human Resources, Recruiting, or Administrative work
  • Strong communication and people skills
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office (training provided for HR systems)
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous office, customer service, or administrative experience is a plus—but not required
