To lead high-quality residential HVAC installations with professionalism, accuracy, and leadership. As a Lead Installer, you guide projects to completion, ensuring safety, performance, and customer satisfaction.
Overview:
Superior Water & Air hiring a Lead HVAC Installer to oversee residential and light commercial installation projects. This is a leadership role for a technician with extensive experience, strong communication skills, and a commitment to doing things right the first time.

Requirements:Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of HVAC installation experience
- Prior leadership or crew lead experience preferred
- EPA Certification required
- RMGA Certification required
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to pass background check and drug test
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead installation of all types of residential HVAC systems including but not limited to ductwork, furnaces, condensers, and thermostats.
- Supervise and mentor apprentices and install team members.
- Coordinate job site logistics, timelines, and material needs.
- Communicate customers and ensure satisfaction upon job completion.
- Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites.
- Ensure work meets code and company quality standards.
