NOW HIRING – Experienced Sewers / Sewing Machine Operators

Location: Gastonia, NC

About Us:
We are an established insulation fabrication company with a reputation for quality and reliability. We are seeking motivated individuals with previous sewing experience — whether from personal clothing alterations, upholstery, or industrial sewing.

What You’ll Do:

• Operate sewing machines (straight stitch, zigzag, serger, or other industrial machines)
• Perform alterations, stitching, hemming, and assembly tasks according to specifications
• Read and follow work orders and pattern
• Inspect and maintain quality of finished products
• Keep your workspace safe and organized

Hours & Schedule:

• 1st shift — Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
• Consistent hours with overtime opportunities

What We’re Looking For:

• Ability to work efficiently while maintaining accuracy and quality
• Dependable attendance and teamwork

Must have previous sewing experience whether personally or professionally.
