The Job: We are looking to fill an immediate need for an efficient Leasing Agent to present and lease properties to prospective lessors. The goal is to assist potential tenants, turn them into actual ones and achieve high occupancy rates. Specific responsibilities include:

Establish rapport with residents and provide grade A personalized customer serviceMeet with future residents and take them on tours of the unitsConduct daily follow up with prospective tenantsPrepare and execute leasing forms and collect appropriate paymentsThe Details: Our Leasing Agents should meet the following criteria:

High School diploma/GED requiredSales, leasing, and/or apartment experienceA working knowledge of property management software a plusOur company emphasizes a TEAM APPROACH and expects every person to perform any reasonable task or request that is consistent with fulfilling company objectives.
