Customer Service Representative at Rely Innovations – Eau Claire, Wisconsin

National Presto Industries is seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative to join our team!

As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will engage with customers through thoughtful, professional written communication, address inquiries with clarity and care, and proactively resolve customer concerns.

Key Responsibilities:

• monitor incoming customer inquiries
• problem-solve and provide timely and effective solutions
• educate customers on use of Presto® products
• address warranty questions
• maintain accurate records of customer orders and call notes

Qualifications, Education, and Experience

• high school diploma or equivalent
• previous customer service experience
• proficiency with Microsoft products, specifically Outlook, Excel, and Word

Skills & Attributes

• excellent written communication skills
• strong command of grammar
• detail oriented
