Accounting Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounting Coordinator to join our finance team. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting accounting operations, ensuring accuracy, and maintaining compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in the preparation and processing of financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable

- Reconcile accounts and maintain accurate financial records

- Support month-end and year-end closing processes

- Collaborate with internal departments to gather necessary documentation and resolve discrepancies

- Prepare reports and summaries for management review

- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements

- Maintain organized and up-to-date financial documentation and files

Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred but not required

- Proven experience in accounting or finance roles preferred

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite, especially Excel

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Knowledge of accounting principles and regulatory standards
