Operations Manager at Oral Health Industries – Kaufman, Texas

We're in search for a motivated Operations Manager. This individual will need to be able to communicate effectively, be a fast learner, and have great customer service.

Requirements:

• 2 or more years of management experience
• At least 2 years of dental experience
• Bilingual is a plus, but not required.
• Must be able to communicate face to face, through email, and phone Must be team-oriented and willing to collaborate with others.
• Must have a patient first philosophy.
• Two Saturdays a month

Operations Manager Job Duties:

Manage and achieve established goals.

Submitting all provider collections to the Payroll Administrator at the end of each pay period.

Produces and understands financial reports such as production/collection reporting, aging and other reports produced by dental management software at the clinics.

Leads and trains team members with encouragement, respect, and understanding. Leads by example.
