Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 9:00 AM – 2:30 PM (20 hours/week)

Position Overview
We are seeking motivated and enthusiastic rising college juniors or seniors to join our Summer Education Internship Program. This selective program (only 4 interns) offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a classroom setting while working closely with experienced educators. Interns will support instruction for students in grades K–7 and develop foundational skills for future careers in education.
Key Responsibilities
Assist teachers with lesson planning and classroom instruction
Provide academic support to students in small groups and one-on-one settings
Help manage classroom routines and maintain a positive learning environment
Support and participate in enrichment activities and student engagement
Collaborate with teachers and staff on daily classroom operations
Qualifications
Rising college juniors or seniors
Strong communication and organizational skills
Interest in education, teaching, or youth development
Familiarity with Google Workspace (Docs, Slides, Sheets, etc.)
Ability to work collaboratively and take initiative
Preferred (not required):
Prior experience working with children
GPA of 3.0 or higher
