This role offers the opportunity to join a fast-growing international travel tech environment where finance plays a key role in enabling global expansion. You will be responsible for ensuring accurate financial accounting processes across multiple markets, including Brazil and other regions such as Europe and Asia. Acting as a key finance partner, you will support month-end closing, audits, payroll coordination, and process improvements in a highly dynamic and evolving environment. You will also contribute to strengthening automation in invoicing and payment workflows, helping to build scalable financial operations. The position requires close collaboration with external accounting providers and internal stakeholders across different countries. This is a high-impact role where you can influence financial structure and operational excellence in a rapidly scaling global business.
- Manage day-to-day financial accounting operations, including billing, invoicing, and payment processing activities
- Support and improve automation of accounting workflows, ensuring efficiency and scalability of financial processes
- Coordinate with external accounting partners, particularly in Brazil, to ensure timely and accurate monthly closing
- Assist in audit preparation and ensure deal readiness by strengthening financial controls and reporting quality
- Act as the primary point of contact for accounting and taxation-related queries from internal stakeholders
- Oversee payroll processing and onboarding activities in Brazil in collaboration with external providers
- Contribute to continuous improvement of financial systems, reporting accuracy, and operational efficiency across multiple markets
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field from a reputable university
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial accounting and controlling, ideally with audit experience in a top accounting firm
- Strong knowledge of IFRS and Brazilian GAAP standards
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong command of Microsoft Office tools
- Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite, Xero, or similar is considered a plus
- Fluent in English and native Portuguese speaker; Spanish is a strong advantage
- Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail and structured working approach
- Ability to work independently while maintaining strong collaboration and communication with teams
- High level of ownership, reliability, and a proactive, hands-on attitude
