You will oversee the development and management of CI/CD pipelines, ensuring that our platform remains at the cutting edge of technology. Accountabilities- Design and evolve CI/CD and build pipeline infrastructure to maximize developer velocity and reliability.
- Manage and enhance Terraform-based infrastructure, establishing standards and libraries for feature teams.
- Lead the governance of AWS account organization, ensuring effective IAM strategies and tagging standards.
- Drive cloud cost optimization through reporting and actionable savings management.
- Build self-service developer tools to empower feature teams in provisioning requirements.
- Hire, mentor, and develop a team of infrastructure engineers with a focus on high performance.
- Define and execute a technical roadmap balancing immediate goals with long-term strategy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align infrastructure investments with business priorities.
- 8+ years of experience as a software engineer, infrastructure engineer, or DevOps engineer.
- At least 3 years in a leadership or management role within infrastructure or platform teams.
- Proven track record in hiring and developing engineering talent.
- Experience running agile delivery processes and managing technical roadmaps.
- Expertise in CI/CD platforms and build pipeline design.
- Advanced skills in Terraform and infrastructure as code patterns.
- Hands-on experience with AWS Organization and governance.
- Knowledge of cloud cost management and optimization.
- Familiarity with building internal developer platforms or tooling.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to manage stakeholders effectively.
