About the Role:
As an HR Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the human resources department, ensuring that the organization is staffed with the most qualified personnel and that all HR policies and procedures are followed. Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in HR management
- Strong knowledge of HR policies and procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience in the professional services industry
- Certification in HR management
- Experience with HR software and systems
Responsibilities:

- Oversee all aspects of the human resources department, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and employee relations
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
