  • Enable partners to operationalize CrowdStrike within their service offerings, driving time-to-value and scalable delivery

  • Partner with alliance and sales teams to expand CrowdStrike adoption within partner-led opportunities and routes-to-market

  • Build relationships with key partner stakeholders, including executive leadership, practice leaders, and service owners

  • Navigate complex partner organizations to align CrowdStrike capabilities with their go-to-market, services, and revenue strategies

Flex Strategy & Ecosystem Growth

  • Provide data-driven insights into Flex consumption, service attach, and monetization opportunities

  • Share adoption trends, success patterns, and value realization insights with internal sales and alliance teams to accelerate ecosystem growth

  • Proactively identify and mitigate risks to partner activation, utilization, and long-term success

  • Drive strategic Falcon Flex adoption and consumption across MSSP and alliance partners

  • Accountable for increasing Flex utilization through partner-led delivery models and service integration

  • Collaborate with partners to build and execute joint business and adoption plans aligned to their service portfolios

  • Monitor and analyze partner usage patterns to identify expansion opportunities, gaps, and optimization strategies

  • Enable partners to package, price, and scale CrowdStrike-powered offerings

Alliance Engagement & Executive Alignment

  • Routinely engage with partner executives (CXO, business unit leaders) to align CrowdStrike with their strategic priorities

  • Serve as a trusted advisor on how to integrate CrowdStrike into partner services, operations, and GTM motions

  • Support joint account planning and co-sell motions with alliance and field sales teams

  • Contribute to the development of repeatable partner activation frameworks and best practices

What You’ll Need:

  • 5+ years of experience in alliances, MSSP ecosystems, partner success, or strategic account management

  • Strong financial and business acumen, with the ability to tie technology adoption to partner revenue and margin outcomes

  • Advanced presentation, communication, and negotiation skills

  • Ability to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder environments and drive alignment across internal and external teams
