About the Role:
The Alliance Value Architect (MSSP & Strategic Partners) serves as a key partner to sales and strategic alliance organizations, driving partner onboarding, Falcon Flex adoption, activation, and ecosystem value realization while minimizing friction and underutilization. This role bridges the gap between partner acquisition and measurable business outcomes, ensuring MSSPs and alliance partners maximize their investment in CrowdStrike while accelerating joint growth.
The role delivers tailored, high-impact value propositions to prospective and existing partners and leads Executive Business Reviews that align CrowdStrike capabilities with partner business models, services strategy, and revenue objectives. Works cross-functionally with sales, alliances, and technical teams to enable partner success, scale offerings, and drive platform expansion
through the partner ecosystem.
What You’ll Do:
Partner Onboarding & Activation
Lead onboarding execution and define partner success and activation plans aligned to MSSP/alliance business models
Act as the primary post-sale point of contact for partners across onboarding, activation, Falcon Flex consumption, and value realization
Enable partners to operationalize CrowdStrike within their service offerings, driving time-to-value and scalable delivery
Partner with alliance and sales teams to expand CrowdStrike adoption within partner-led opportunities and routes-to-market
Build relationships with key partner stakeholders, including executive leadership, practice leaders, and service owners
Navigate complex partner organizations to align CrowdStrike capabilities with their go-to-market, services, and revenue strategies
Flex Strategy & Ecosystem Growth
Provide data-driven insights into Flex consumption, service attach, and monetization opportunities
Share adoption trends, success patterns, and value realization insights with internal sales and alliance teams to accelerate ecosystem growth
Proactively identify and mitigate risks to partner activation, utilization, and long-term success
Drive strategic Falcon Flex adoption and consumption across MSSP and alliance partners
Accountable for increasing Flex utilization through partner-led delivery models and service integration
Collaborate with partners to build and execute joint business and adoption plans aligned to their service portfolios
Monitor and analyze partner usage patterns to identify expansion opportunities, gaps, and optimization strategies
Enable partners to package, price, and scale CrowdStrike-powered offerings
Alliance Engagement & Executive Alignment
Routinely engage with partner executives (CXO, business unit leaders) to align CrowdStrike with their strategic priorities
Serve as a trusted advisor on how to integrate CrowdStrike into partner services, operations, and GTM motions
Support joint account planning and co-sell motions with alliance and field sales teams
Contribute to the development of repeatable partner activation frameworks and best practices
What You’ll Need:
5+ years of experience in alliances, MSSP ecosystems, partner success, or strategic account management
Strong understanding of MSSP business models, partner economics, and channel-driven growth strategies
Deep expertise in value selling, ROI development, and business case creation within a partner context
Proven ability to influence and engage executive stakeholders across partner organizations
Experience driving adoption of platform-based or consumption-based licensing models (e.g., Flex)
Strong financial and business acumen, with the ability to tie technology adoption to partner revenue and margin outcomes
Advanced presentation, communication, and negotiation skills
Ability to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder environments and drive alignment across internal and external teams
Self-starter with strong leadership presence and the ability to scale influence across an ecosystem
Working knowledge of cybersecurity solutions and the enterprise security landscape
BA/BS or equivalent experience preferred

CrowdStrike, Inc. is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Placement within the pay range is dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications, job level, supervisory status, and location. The base salary range for this position for all U.S. candidates is $60,000 - $95,000 per year, with eligibility for commissions, equity grants and a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, 401k and paid time off.For detailed information about the U.S. benefits package, please click here.
