Prolific Design Build is looking for a motivated Crew Lead to help build high-quality outdoor living spaces including pools, patios, and full landscape environments. In this hands-on role, you'll support and work alongside a Project Foreman, with a clear path to grow into leading your own crew over time.

• Work under and support the Project Foreman on all job sites

• Assist in leading and coordinating daily crew activities

• Execute construction of pools, patios, landscaping, and outdoor living features

• Read and follow design plans and layouts with precision

• Help keep projects moving efficiently and on schedule

• Maintain high standards for quality, cleanliness, and professionalism

• Communicate with team members and leadership throughout the day

• Operate equipment when needed including skid steers, excavators, and compact equipment

• Train and support team members as you grow into a leadership role

• Ensure job site safety and organization at all times

• Experience in construction, landscaping, or outdoor living projects preferred

• Leadership mindset or desire to grow into a Crew Lead role

• Strong work ethic and attention to detail

• Ability to work outdoors in varying conditions

• Comfortable operating or willing to learn equipment

• Clean and valid driver's license required

• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented

Preferred Experience:

• Experience with patios, hardscaping, or pool construction

• Equipment operation experience

• Ability to read plans and layouts
