This senior leadership role is responsible for driving the growth and adoption of legal transformation solutions across enterprise clients, partnering closely with General Counsel and corporate legal teams. You will lead consultative sales conversations with C-level executives, develop client-focused strategies, and influence the evolution of legal operations and technology enablement. The role requires balancing strategic account management with quota-carrying sales responsibilities, enabling transformational initiatives such as contracts management, organizational design, alternative legal delivery, and technology optimization. You will foster long-term client relationships, mentor colleagues, and shape innovative solutions that solve complex legal and business challenges. Your impact will be visible across multiple client organizations, combining commercial success with meaningful operational transformation.

Accountabilities:
  • Lead senior consultative engagements with C-level and executive legal leadership, identifying and prioritizing target opportunities.
  • Drive the sales cycle for Legal Transformation Solutions, including origination of new clients and expansion of existing accounts.
  • Collaborate with internal sales and delivery teams to align on strategy, client solutions, and account growth initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term client relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction and successful transformation outcomes.
  • Act as a subject-matter expert and trusted advisor in legal operations, alternative delivery models, and technology-enabled solutions.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to sales colleagues, supporting their development and knowledge of legal transformation offerings.
  • Monitor market trends, client needs, and competitor activity to inform solution development and strategic planning.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of consultative sales experience engaging C-level and senior executive clients, with 5+ years in legal transformation or professional services sales.
  • Proven ability to communicate, influence, and present effectively at all organizational levels, including executives and board-level stakeholders.
  • Strong expertise in developing client-centric solutions, business strategy, and transformation initiatives.
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • BA/BS degree required; JD or advanced degree preferred.
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding quota in complex, consultative sales environments.
  • Ability to operate independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver results in a fast-paced, client-focused setting.
  • Professional demeanor with strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
