Medical Technologist/Medical Laboratory Technician at Vision Quest Solutions Inc – Pine Ridge, South Dakota

Vision Quest Solutions is seeking Medical Technologists / Medical Laboratory Technicians to support a federal healthcare contract with Indian Health Services in Pine Ridge, SD

This is a unique opportunity to provide critical laboratory services in a mission-driven environment, supporting patient care for a tribal community.

Job Duties:

You will provide full-scope clinical laboratory services including:

• Perform moderate and high complexity testing (chemistry, hematology, urinalysis, blood bank, etc.)
• Process, label, and manage specimens with a high level of accuracy and timeliness
• Ensure accurate entry of lab results into electronic health records
• Operate and maintain laboratory equipment in accordance with standards
• Support phlebotomy and specimen collection as needed
• Follow all safety, infection control, and regulatory protocols
• Collaborate with clinical teams to support patient diagnosis and care

• Must meet CLIA requirements for high complexity testing personnel
• Degree in Medical Technology, Medical Lab Technology, Clinical Laboratory Science, or related field
• Relevant clinical laboratory experience required
• Experience in phlebotomy preferred
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Must meet all federal credentialing and onboarding requirements
• Prior IHS, VA or federal contract experience is a plus
