This role focuses on designing, executing, and optimizing AI-powered integrations and automation workflows that drive operational efficiency and partner success. You will work closely with technology partners to validate AI-enabled solutions and ensure they meet certification standards, while also developing internal automation pipelines that streamline processes and enhance team productivity. The position requires a hands-on, execution-oriented mindset with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical challenges, implement scalable AI workflows, and provide actionable guidance to both internal teams and external partners. Collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders, including Product, Engineering, and Business Development teams, is central to delivering seamless, production-ready AI solutions. - Execute partner-facing AI integration projects, providing technical guidance and validating compliance with certification standards.
- Review solution architectures, conduct functional and technical testing, and troubleshoot integration issues for AI-enabled workflows.
- Design, implement, and maintain internal AI automation workflows, agents, and pipelines to improve efficiency and process consistency.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Business Development teams to align AI initiatives with operational goals and partner needs.
- Document AI integration patterns, create structured playbooks, and support enablement for both internal teams and external partners.
- Monitor ongoing work through project management tools, apply capacity governance, and ensure alignment with operational routing and escalation protocols.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
- 4–7 years of experience in technical program management, solutions engineering, integration consulting, or automation-focused roles.
- Hands-on experience building AI workflows, agents, or automation pipelines.
- Strong understanding of APIs, REST services, JSON payloads, and system integrations.
- Experience validating or testing partner-built integrations and troubleshooting technical issues independently.
- Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and documentation best practices.
- Excellent written communication skills and ability to create structured, repeatable processes.
- Preferred: experience with ERP, eCommerce, subscription billing systems, tax or compliance integrations, and low-code automation.
