  • Review solution architectures, conduct functional and technical testing, and troubleshoot integration issues for AI-enabled workflows.
  • Design, implement, and maintain internal AI automation workflows, agents, and pipelines to improve efficiency and process consistency.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Business Development teams to align AI initiatives with operational goals and partner needs.
  • Document AI integration patterns, create structured playbooks, and support enablement for both internal teams and external partners.
  • Monitor ongoing work through project management tools, apply capacity governance, and ensure alignment with operational routing and escalation protocols.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
  • 4–7 years of experience in technical program management, solutions engineering, integration consulting, or automation-focused roles.
  • Hands-on experience building AI workflows, agents, or automation pipelines.
  • Strong understanding of APIs, REST services, JSON payloads, and system integrations.
  • Experience validating or testing partner-built integrations and troubleshooting technical issues independently.
  • Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and documentation best practices.
  • Excellent written communication skills and ability to create structured, repeatable processes.
  • Preferred: experience with ERP, eCommerce, subscription billing systems, tax or compliance integrations, and low-code automation.
Benefits
  • Competitive compensation package with potential performance-based bonuses.
  • Flexible remote work options and paid time off, including parental leave.
  • Health, life, and disability insurance coverage (varies by location).
  • Inclusive and diverse company culture with employee resource groups and executive sponsorship.
  • Opportunities to work on cutting-edge AI initiatives and contribute to impactful automation projects.
  • Professional development and learning opportunities to advance AI and technical expertise.
