This is a high-impact, client-facing analytics leadership role focused on transforming complex data into strategic business outcomes for some of the world’s most ambitious brands. You will operate at the intersection of data science, consulting, and business strategy, helping clients define, design, and scale data-driven decision-making frameworks. In this role, you will lead advanced analytics initiatives including experimentation, predictive modeling, forecasting, and statistical analysis to uncover actionable insights. You will partner closely with product, engineering, marketing, finance, and executive stakeholders to translate analytical findings into measurable business impact. Operating in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, you will also contribute to building scalable data solutions and reusable analytical frameworks. This role combines hands-on technical expertise with strategic advisory responsibilities, requiring both depth in analytics and strength in client communication. You will also help mentor junior team members and contribute to the evolution of best practices across the organization.
- Lead end-to-end analytics engagements for enterprise clients, from discovery and data assessment through delivery and optimization
- Develop and apply advanced analytical methods including experimentation, predictive modeling, forecasting, and applied statistics
- Translate complex datasets into clear, compelling insights and strategic recommendations for client stakeholders
- Design and build scalable data pipelines, models, and analytical frameworks to support long-term client value
- Manage full data ecosystems including ETL processes, data governance, reporting, and visualization
- Partner with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, marketing, finance) to implement data-driven solutions
- Present findings, methodologies, and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Identify opportunities for improved measurement, experimentation, and data strategy across client portfolios
- Lead project delivery from requirements gathering (RFP/SOW/BRD) through execution, QA, and final presentation
- Stay current on industry trends and emerging analytics technologies, integrating new approaches into client work
- Mentor and support junior team members in analytics, client communication, and delivery excellence
- 5+ years of experience in applied analytics across marketing, product, finance, sales, or engineering domains
- 3+ years of experience in data consulting, client delivery, or advisory roles
- Strong expertise in experimentation design, measurement frameworks, and statistical analysis
- Advanced proficiency in SQL; familiarity with NoSQL is a plus
- Experience with at least one programming language for analytics (Python, R, MATLAB, or SPSS)
- Strong experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure
- Proven ability to manage complex data environments, including ETL, reporting, and data governance
- Experience taking projects from requirements gathering through delivery and stakeholder presentation
- Strong communication and storytelling skills with the ability to influence decision-making
- Ability to work across multidisciplinary teams and manage multiple client priorities simultaneously
- Experience mentoring or guiding junior analysts or consultants is highly desirable
- Strong business acumen and a client-first, value-driven mindset
- Competitive salary ranging from $96,240 to $145,000 USD (based on experience and location)
