What a Typical Day Looks Like

• Speak with customers over the phone to assist with service related questions
• Help customers make changes to their service agreements
• Schedule appointments and process payments
• Respond to customers via phone, email, and text
• Contact former customers to re-engage them

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer communication
• Assist with service updates and account changes
• Schedule pest control services
• Process payments and billing requests
• Follow up with previous customers
• Support team initiatives and office culture

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Bachelor’s degree preferred (not required)
• Customer service or retention experience a plus
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment
• In-person attendance required
