REPORTS DIRECTLY TO: FLEET LEASE MANAGER
SUMMARY:
The Outside Lease Coordinator is responsible ensuring all Fleet / Lease vehicle Condition Reports are completed within client guidelines. The Outside Lease Coordinator ensures all Fleet / Lease vehicles are prepared for auction day ensuring the quality of work meets or exceeds our client’s standards.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
RESPONSIBLE FOR:
- Condition Reports
- Supervise Condition Report Writer
- Print Condition Report List from ASI and assign each CR writer a daily list
- Ensure each CR is complete and up to client guidelines and standards
- Create a mechanical task list for GRAA and GRMC inspection technicians
- Print and distribute inbound mechanical estimates
- Review completed condition reports and correct any / all errors
- Update Redo list to ensure all condition reports are accurate
- Sale Preparation
- Mark Sale Cars
- Report SALE vehicle status to recon, GRMC, and the Fleet Lease manager
- Location and detail status (dirty/clean)
- Walk IN SALE vehicles once on spot to ensure approved work is complete and detail quality is up to client / GRAA standards
- Follow up on IN SALE REDO list provided by Fleet / Lease Manager
- Ensure all vehicles are on spot, stickered, with work complete before Noon on Monday
- Miscellaneous Tasks
- Monitor and order Fleet / Lease windshield stickers
- Order keys from dealership as needed
- Ensure all tablets are fully functioning
- Confirm closing duties are complete
- Tablets synced and plugged in
- Office is picked up / cleaned up / locked up
- Jump boxes are plugged in (portable and standing boxes)
- Education: High School Diploma, some college preferred.
- Experience: Previous automotive experience required. Previous supervisory experience preferred.
- Skills: Should be highly organized, self motivated and self disciplined. Highly customer service orientated. Computer proficient. Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently.
- Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must possess a valid driver’s license
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test according to company guidelines
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check per company guidelines
- Environment: The environment of the Outside Lease Coordinator involves working at the Auction and representing the company upholding the highest standards of customer service with customers and employees alike. Those working in this position are subject to temperature changes, all types of weather conditions, elevated noise levels and at times fumes and odors associated with vehicle exhaust at times
