The Senior Manager, Marketing Operations, is a leader responsible for shaping and advancing the operational strategy that powers marketing effectiveness across the organization. This role leads a portfolio of cross-functional initiatives - driving process transformation, financial governance, media operations, corporate reporting, and program management at scale. The Senior Manager serves as a key connector between franchisee, corporate, and agency partners, elevating both team performance and organizational alignment.

Financial & Budget Management
Lead the financial operations strategy for the marketing function, ensuring budget integrity and financial accountability.
- Govern the media budget framework, planning cycles, actuals tracking, variance analysis, and executive-level reporting.
- Govern invoicing operations in partnership with finance to ensure scalable processes for submission and approval workflows
- Drive financial reconciliation strategy, identifying systemic discrepancies and implementing corrective controls to ensure accuracy in reporting.
- Serve as the primary financial operations liaison to finance, ensuring marketing spending is appropriately reflected, forecasted and reconciled.
- Govern media trafficking across digital and linear channels, establishing standards for accuracy, timeliness, and performance.
- Ensure the accuracy of local listings presence through regular monitoring and updates of Google My Business and other listings
- Manage incoming and outgoing creative asset requests, ensuring responsiveness to media vendors and corporate partners
- Own the creative review process for media-related assets - coordinating internal approvals, ensuring brand consistency, and managing feedback cycles with agency and vendor partners.
- Support the development of marketing performance materials for executive and board-level audiences
- Lead program management for the marketing operations portfolio - defining program roadmaps and managing cross-functional dependencies
- Monitor dashboards and reporting tools that surface real-time insights
- Champion operational excellence across the advertising and customer experience functions, instituting project management frameworks and tooling at scale.
- Proactively identify process gaps and lead cross-functional task forces to resolve systemic inefficiencies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of program/project management experience
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Experience with executive-level communications
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
