In this senior-level sales role, you will be responsible for expanding strategic relationships within a portfolio of large enterprise and hyperscaler accounts, driving significant revenue growth across complex, multi-year engagements. You will act as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders, helping them navigate IT asset disposition, data center lifecycle needs, and infrastructure optimization strategies. This is a highly consultative position requiring deep industry expertise, strong commercial acumen, and the ability to translate client challenges into scalable service solutions. You will work across internal operations, technical teams, and client executives to ensure seamless delivery and account growth. The environment is fast-paced, remote-first, and focused on high-value enterprise partnerships. Your impact will be measured by your ability to deepen relationships, expand account penetration, and unlock new revenue streams within existing clients.
- Drive expansion of existing enterprise accounts by identifying new opportunities, uncovering client needs, and positioning tailored data center and IT asset disposition solutions.
- Develop and execute strategic account growth plans focused on increasing revenue, strengthening partnerships, and expanding service adoption across global organizations.
- Engage directly with senior and executive-level stakeholders to influence decision-making and align solutions with business priorities.
- Analyze client environments, including organizational structure, financial outlook, competitive positioning, and technology needs to inform account strategy.
- Act as a key liaison between clients and internal operational teams to ensure successful service delivery and alignment on expectations.
- Build and maintain long-term strategic relationships within complex enterprise environments, driving trust and sustained revenue growth.
- 10+ years of enterprise sales or strategic account management experience, including exposure to large global or Fortune-level organizations.
- Proven track record of selling multi-million-dollar, multi-year solutions within data center, IT infrastructure, or technology services environments.
- Strong experience engaging executive stakeholders and delivering high-impact presentations across all organizational levels.
- Deep understanding of complex enterprise environments, including procurement cycles, infrastructure needs, and decision-making structures.
- Experience in IT asset disposition (ITAD), OEM, or VAR environments is strongly preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage complex accounts independently.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools, with strong organizational and pipeline management discipline.
