Sr. D365 F&O PM - REMOTE

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a D365 F&O Senior Project Manager. In this role, you will have a significant responsibility in managing and executing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations implementations. Your expertise will ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the satisfaction of all stakeholders involved. You will collaborate closely with clients and internal teams, translating business needs into actionable plans while cultivating strong professional relationships. You will also be at the forefront of driving strategic objectives and fostering an environment of continuous improvement and innovation within the organization.
Accountabilities
  • Collaborate with customers to prepare & manage objectives, scope, project plan, timeline, budget, & resource plan for D365 F&O implementations
  • Participate in operational review meetings with customers to translate business needs into functional requirements & business scenarios
  • Identify stakeholders and establish effective and appropriate communication and coordination with all
  • Manage effective transition of requirements to delivery team, ensuring a clear & complete understanding of requirements
  • Manage software development lifecycle for approved development activities
  • Facilitate weekly status meetings with clients & prepare weekly status reports
  • Identify risks & manage risk mitigation plans in close collaboration with clients
  • Lead effective collaboration across multiple teams to proactively manage response to escalations and facilitate resolution
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience directly managing software implementation deployments (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (ERP) and/or CE/CRM a plus)
  • Experience with IT implementation methodologies across all phases of Diagnosis, Analysis, Design, Development, Deployment, and Operation
  • Understanding of complete solution within the context of an integrated enterprise-wide IT strategy
  • Ability to work closely with key business stakeholders to communicate progress and vision
  • Ability to allocate the correct resources to each project phase and monitor their performance
  • Consensus driven management style that support a vast set of stakeholders
  • Strong leadership, teambuilding, and motivational skills
  • Excellent client relation skills, communication, organization, & prioritization capabilities
  • Demonstrated experience leading senior business executive level meetings
  • Prior experience working at a Consultancy
  • Ability to travel 25-50% required
  • US Citizen or Green Card Holder
  • Bachelor's degree required
