In this role, you will be pivotal in leading a team of Regional Directors to deliver consulting services within specialty practices. You'll serve as a crucial liaison between leadership, regional teams, and specialty practices, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices. Accountabilities

Lead and manage a team of Regional Directors, providing coaching and performance feedback.
Oversee the delivery of consulting services to specialty provider practices.
Develop and implement strategies to support the needs of specialty customers.
Ensure consistent execution of managed care initiatives with cross-functional teams.
Guide the team in negotiating and renewing managed care contracts.
Develop and implement managed care policies and procedures.

Requirements

Degree or equivalent experience, typically requires 13+ years of professional experience.
