This senior commercial role is focused on driving enterprise growth across the United States by opening new strategic accounts and converting complex opportunities into long-term revenue. The position sits at the forefront of digital transformation, targeting organizations where digital trust, traceability, sustainability, and AI-enabled workflows are becoming mission-critical priorities. It requires a strong hunter mindset, combined with the ability to engage senior executives and shape high-value, multi-stakeholder deals. Operating within a fast-scaling international environment, the role offers significant autonomy and visibility while being supported by presales, delivery, and partner ecosystems. It is designed for a top-performing enterprise seller who thrives in building new markets from the ground up. The role also plays a key part in expanding commercial presence across the Americas through strategic enterprise engagement.
- Drive net-new enterprise sales growth across the United States by identifying, opening, and progressing strategic accounts.
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of complex opportunities across enterprise and large mid-market customers.
- Develop senior-level relationships with business and technology decision-makers in target organizations.
- Lead full deal cycles from early engagement through negotiation, contracting, and close.
- Position solutions across digital trust, traceability, sustainability, digital identity, and AI-enabled workflows.
- Convert partner-led, pilot, and inbound opportunities into qualified pipeline and closed revenue.
- Collaborate closely with presales, delivery, product, and leadership teams to shape deal strategy and execution.
- Maintain disciplined forecasting, pipeline hygiene, and sales reporting accuracy.
- Represent the organization in customer meetings, industry events, and strategic negotiations as needed.
- 8+ years of experience in enterprise software or technology services sales with a strong focus on new business acquisition.
- Proven track record of closing complex, high-value, multi-stakeholder deals in enterprise environments.
- Experience building pipeline and opening new accounts in greenfield or underpenetrated markets.
- Strong ability to translate technical solutions into business outcomes and executive value propositions.
- Credibility and confidence when engaging senior stakeholders, including C-level executives.
- Experience managing long, consultative, and structured sales cycles.
- Familiarity with partner-led or ecosystem-driven sales models is highly desirable.
- Exposure to areas such as digital identity, blockchain/DLT, supply chain, ESG, or AI is an advantage but not required.
- Experience with enterprise sales methodologies such as MEDD(P)ICC is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and fluency in business English.
- Prior experience selling into US enterprise markets is strongly preferred.
