TriState Technologies is seeking highly skilled and motivated Security/Low Voltage Technicians to join our growing Field Operations team. This is a full-time, on-site position offering the chance to work on exciting and innovative projects, including installations for major defense contractors. In this role, youll install, program, and maintain access control, surveillance, intrusion detection, and fire alarm systems across commercial, industrial, and government sectors.

Key ResponsibilitiesInstall, configure, and maintain integrated security systems, including access control, video surveillance, intrusion alarms, and fire alarms.
Read and interpret blueprints and technical documentation.
Complete equipment testing and client walkthroughs to ensure proper system operation.
Maintain inventory of assigned equipment and manage proper use of company tools and vehicles.
Accurately document work orders, time logs, and service details.
Ensure compliance with OSHA 30 safety standards and site-specific requirements.
Operate lift equipment, ladders, and bucket trucks for elevated installations.
Provide exceptional customer service and clearly explain system operations to clients.
Support sales and upgrades of additional equipment and service offerings.
Minimum 5 years of experience in low voltage/security system installation.
CT C6 and RI Telecom Licenses required.
High school diploma or GED.
OSHA 30 Certification and Lift Operator Certificate.
Strong technical aptitude with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and Adobe Acrobat.
Must be a U.S. Citizen with a clean background (state and federal) and valid drivers license.
Must remain drug-free; random testing may occur.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
Physically capable of lifting 25 lbs, climbing, working at heights, and in varying weather conditions.
Stability: 10-year project funnel with no layoffs.

Full-Time, 8-hour shifts
Occasional travel required with per diem for out-of-town assignments
Onsite field operations across CT and RI; must be willing to travel as needed.
