Freeport - Immediate LPN Home Shift Nursing Available at Christian Nursing Registry Inc. – Freeport, New York

Patient Details: The patient is a 19-year-old male with a medical history of Epilepsy, Todd’s Paralysis, and Asthma. He experiences frequent seizures, and the Todd’s Paralysis temporarily affects one side of his upper body following seizure episodes.
He utilizes a G-tube for nutrition but is also able to take food orally. The patient is non-ambulatory and non-verbal, requiring full assistance with activities of daily living. He receives home-based tutoring instead of attending school.

Shifts Available:
Days: Monday, Wednesday and Friday 9am - 4pm, every other Thursday 9am 4pm
Evenings: Saturday and Sunday 5pm - 11pm

Payrates range: $31 - $33/Hour

Requirements:
o Current New York State RN or LPN Nursing License
o Experience with Tracheostomy & Ventilator
