Position Summary
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to join our expanding clinical team of dedicated healthcare professionals. The ideal candidate will be a patient-centered, detail-oriented clinician committed to delivering high-quality care, fostering strong patient relationships, and contributing to a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provides comprehensive patient care, including conducting physical examinations, obtaining medical histories, and formulating differential diagnoses.
  • Orders, interprets, and evaluates diagnostic tests to develop and adjust treatment plans.
  • Performs clinical procedures within scope of practice, which may include suturing, wound care, joint injections, or other specialty-specific services.
  • Prescribes medications and therapies in accordance with state licensure and clinical guidelines.
  • Collaborates closely with physicians, nurses, medical assistants, and other care team members to ensure seamless delivery of care.
  • Provides patient counseling and education on diagnoses, treatment options, medications, prevention strategies, and long-term care plans.
  • Maintains accurate and timely medical records, documenting assessments, plans, test results, and follow-up recommendations.
  • Triages and responds promptly to patient messages, calls, and clinical inquiries.
  • Participates in quality improvement initiatives, protocol development, and ongoing professional development to support clinical excellence.
Requirements:

Qualifications

  • Current and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license.
  • National certification (NP-C, FNP-C, AANP/ANCC, PA-C, or specialty equivalent)..
  • Current BLS/ACLS certification.
  • Strong clinical assessment, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and within a collaborative care team.
  • Commitment to patient-centered care and professional integrity.
