Bus Driver for Seniors

Key Responsibilities:

- Safely operate passenger buses to transport seniors to scheduled appointments, activities, and outings

- Assist passengers with boarding and alighting, ensuring their safety and comfort

- Follow all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies during operations

- Maintain cleanliness and basic maintenance of the bus, reporting any issues promptly

- Keep accurate records of trips, mileage, and passenger counts

- Provide friendly and courteous service to all passengers, addressing their needs and concerns

- Adhere to schedules and routes, ensuring timely arrivals and departures

Skills and Qualifications:

- Valid driver’s license

- Proven experience as a bus driver or in a similar transportation role

- Excellent driving skills with a clean driving record

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- Ability to assist seniors with mobility and provide compassionate service

- Knowledge of traffic laws, safety procedures, and vehicle maintenance basics

- Ability to work flexible hours, including mornings, afternoons, and occasional weekends

- High school diploma or equivalent
