Lamination Technician at Sea Fox Boat Company Inc. – Moncks Corner, South Carolina

Sea Fox Boat Company is an industry leading, saltwater fishing boat manufacturer who is looking for talented people to join our team and aid in the manufacturing and construction of our boats.

Do you have an eye for detail? If you do, you may be a great fit for one of our laminator positions! Laminators use rollers to smooth out air bubbles and seams on our decks, hulls, and small parts.

What you will be doing:

• Release air bubbles and smooth seams using rollers
• Select precut fiberglass strips and place on to prepared molds
• Pat or press layers using brushes or hands to smooth out wrinkles
• Mix catalysts into resins, and saturate cloth and mats with mixtures, using brushes.Apply layers of plastic resin to mold surfaces prior to placement of fiberglass mats, repeating layers until products have the desired thicknesses and plastics have jelled.

$15/hr-$18/hr training, then conversion to piece rate pay
