About This Position

Description:

The Project Coordinator is responsible for managing the execution and coordination of projects from planning through installation. This role focuses on logistics, scheduling, and communication between stakeholders, ensuring projects meet timelines and quality standards. Field involvement and technical review are key components in this role.

Essential Responsibilities:

The essential duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

· Coordinate project schedules, installation timelines, and logistics to align with construction and manufacturer lead times.

· Serve as the primary liaison between Project Managers, General Contractors, and MEP trades for issue resolution and updates.

· Conduct field verifications, attend construction meetings, and perform solo site visits as needed.

· Review and organize plans, specifications, shop drawings, and submittals.

· Generate and review specification books in collaboration with PMs.

· Draft and track RFIs; maintain accurate documentation for project folders.

· Prepare and distribute project updates to stakeholders.

· Support Project Managers with technical and logistical needs.

· Generate JOB ID reports for staging and delivery planning.

· Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

· High school diploma, GED or equivalent

· 1-2 years of experience in project coordination, construction, logistics, or administrative support – preferably foodservice, design, or equipment industries.

· Familiarity with commercial kitchen equipment and basic project workflows is a plus.

· Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with project management tools (e.g., Wrike, AutoQuotes, or similar) preferred.

· High attention to detail and commitment to follow-through.
