About This Position
Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable Janitorial Technician to maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and overall appearance of our facilities. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, follows safety standards, and ensures a clean, safe environment for staff and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
Clean and sanitize restrooms, offices, hallways, and common areas
Sweep, mop, vacuum, and polish floors
Empty trash and recycling containers
Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap, and toilet paper
Clean windows, mirrors, and surfaces
Operate cleaning equipment safely and efficiently
Report maintenance issues or safety hazards
Follow all health and safety regulations
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
Previous janitorial or cleaning experience a plus
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Strong attention to detail
Physical ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods
Work Environment:
May include evenings, weekends, or flexible shifts
Requires physical activity and use of cleaning chemicals/equipment
