Quick Facts
- Location: Remote-first (U.S. – East Coast)
- Employment type: Full-time, Exempt
- Travel: Occasional travel for in-person company gatherings in Philadelphia
- Salary range: $78,000 - $95,000
What You’ll Do
- Design intuitive, user-centered solutions for complex digital products and systems
- Create and iterate on high-fidelity prototypes and scalable design systems using modern tools (e.g., Figma)
- Partner with researchers, developers, and product leaders to guide work from discovery through delivery
- Translate research insights and business goals into clear design direction and execution
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, communicating design decisions and rationale with clarity
- Explore and apply AI-enabled tools and product opportunities to enhance user experience and workflows
- Contribute to design best practices, patterns, and standards across projects
What You Bring
- Experience designing digital products or complex systems across web and mobile environments
- A portfolio demonstrating strong UX and UI design skills, including systems thinking and problem-solving
- Ability to create, extend, and maintain cohesive design systems
- Proficiency with modern design tools (e.g., Figma) and familiarity with front-end development concepts
- A consultative mindset—you’re comfortable leading conversations and making evidence-based recommendations
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams
- Understanding of accessibility principles and inclusive design practices
- Curiosity about emerging technologies, including how AI can enhance products and design processes
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience working in agency or consultancy environments
- Experience working across multiple clients or industries
- Exposure to AI-driven product experiences
