You will create engaging training solutions across multiple formats, including e-learning modules, instructor-led sessions, job aids, videos, and interactive guides. The position plays a key role in translating complex workflows and systems into clear, accessible learning content that drives measurable performance improvements. You will collaborate closely with subject matter experts, operations, and technology teams to ensure training reflects real-world practices. This is a highly creative and strategic role that blends instructional design, multimedia development, and learning technology innovation. You will also contribute to the evolution of learning strategies by exploring AI-driven tools and emerging instructional technologies.

Accountabilities:

In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain engaging learning experiences that support workforce development and operational excellence across the organization.

  • Design and develop instructional materials including e-learning modules, facilitator guides, job aids, videos, presentations, and knowledge base content.
  • Collaborate with operations, technology teams, and subject matter experts to ensure training reflects accurate workflows and system usage.
  • Manage training content lifecycle, ensuring materials remain current, relevant, and aligned with business needs and LMS structures.
  • Build interactive, blended learning experiences using modern authoring tools such as Articulate 360 and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Translate complex system functionality and user workflows into clear, visually engaging learning assets and performance support tools.
  • Support testing and quality assurance of learning products to ensure accuracy, usability, and alignment with learning objectives.
  • Identify and integrate opportunities to use AI, automation, and emerging learning technologies to enhance learning accessibility and engagement.
Requirements:

This position requires strong instructional design expertise combined with creative and technical capabilities in multimedia learning development.

  • 1 to 3 years of instructional design experience in a professional environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent certification in instructional design, education, graphic design, or related field preferred.
  • Strong proficiency in Articulate 360 (Storyline and Rise) and Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, or After Effects.
  • Experience designing SCORM-compliant e-learning content and interactive learning solutions.
  • Ability to translate complex systems, workflows, and technical information into accessible learning materials.
  • Strong visual design skills including typography, layout, and color theory applied to learning content.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • A portfolio showcasing instructional design, multimedia, or e-learning projects is required.
  • Experience in hospitality or customer service environments is considered a plus.
