About This Position
Position Title: Quality Specialist- Product
Location: Greenville

Description: EMPLOYER: Human Technologies, Inc.
TITLE: Quality Specialist - Product
Duties: Work closely with the Quality Team to address daily quality issues. Collaborates with other QSPs to act as a liaison between suppliers and various plant departments, ensuring compliance with quality standards and continuous improvement in manufacturing processes. Ensure robust containment for all supplier non-conforming materials identified by internal quality sensors such as QZ Audit, Water Test, QI, Road Test, and Section Audit. Manage QA creation, approval, and closure for all supplier non-conforming material issues in SAP. Provide front desk support for all deviation and line trial activities. Support QSP LV for all RK1 / RK2 PQM issues, ensuring effective containment measures. Support Schale 2 Working Structure (Zone/Band Support). Monitor IPSQ (Production Data/Dashboard) and facilitate the handshake process. Utilize internal customer support functions to aid Level 0 analysis, including Metrology, Laboratory, and Total Vehicle Analysis (CAMS). Perform other duties as assigned by the Operations Supervisor.
SCHEDULE: 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday
LOCATION: Human Technologies, Inc., 1400 SC-101, Greer, SC 29651
REQUIREMENTS:
Main Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or closely related technical field and one (1) year of experience as a Quality Engineer, Industrial Intern or related role where required experience gained.
Special Skills: Also requires one (1) year of experience in the following:
• Non-Conforming Material Process and Material Management.
• Plant Operations.
• QSP Quality Processes and Responsibilities.
• Root Cause Analysis experience using industry standard methodologies (i.e.8D).
• Utilizing statistical process control (SPC) tools for monitoring and improving product quality.
