This is a high-impact role where product leadership directly shapes the backbone of enterprise financial operations.

Accountabilities:
  • Define and lead the product strategy and roadmap for enterprise finance applications, including ERP and procurement systems such as NetSuite, Zip, Coupa, and related platforms.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, and Engineering teams to translate business requirements into scalable and secure technical solutions.
  • Analyze and optimize Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, and Record-to-Report workflows through process mapping, fit-gap analysis, and automation opportunities.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives including system implementations, integrations, enhancements, and new product rollouts.
  • Own the design of product artifacts such as functional specifications, process flows, and data architecture diagrams.
  • Drive system configuration, customization, and workflow automation in partnership with technical teams and vendors.
  • Oversee testing strategies, including integration testing, UAT, and production validation to ensure system reliability.
  • Manage production issues and prioritize enhancements based on business impact and urgency.
  • Ensure SOX compliance and support internal/external audit requirements for financial systems.
  • Manage vendor relationships to ensure optimal platform performance and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in ERP or finance systems administration, product management, or business systems roles.
  • Strong expertise in financial business processes including Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, General Ledger, and Financial Reporting.
  • Deep hands-on experience with NetSuite or similar ERP platforms, including configuration, customization, and automation.
  • Experience working with finance tools such as Coupa, Zip, Workiva, Kyriba, or Floqast is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of system integrations and middleware technologies (e.g., Workato, MuleSoft, Boomi).
  • Proven experience delivering large-scale system implementations in complex enterprise environments.
  • Strong analytical, documentation, and process mapping skills.
  • Experience working in Agile environments using tools such as Jira.
  • Familiarity with SOX compliance and public company financial controls is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment.
Benefits:
  • Competitive base salary with eligibility for equity (restricted stock units) and potential bonus compensation.
  • Comprehensive healthcare coverage including medical, dental, and vision insurance.
  • 401(k) retirement plan with employer matching contributions.
  • Flexible work environment with generous vacation and paid time off, including volunteer days.
  • Family planning support, parental leave, and gender-affirming care benefits.
  • Mental health and coaching resources for employee wellbeing.
  • Learning and development programs supporting continuous professional growth.
