A little bit about our site in Tower Collery

Zip World Tower is nestled amongst the sprawling Rhigos mountain range and sits proudly alongside historical coal mining buildings. Here is the home of the world’s fastest seated zip line, Phoenix and Europe’s only 2 seated coaster of its kind.

We are looking for a motivated individual that thrives in a fast paced environment to join our Kitchen team at Zip World Tower!

Your accountabilities are:

• Food preparation and cooking (training given)

• Food Safety and H&S responsibility for the kitchen

• All Supervisory responsibility for team members in the kitchen

• Unloading deliveries

• Organising the storeroom

• Collecting and washing pots, pans, plates and cutlery

• Getting pots, pans plates and cutlery back into use quickly

• Washing and disinfecting kitchen appliances, work surfaces, floors and walls

• Making sure kitchen equipment is properly stored

• Removing and recycling waste from the kitchen

What you will need:

• Positive attitude

• Ability to stay calm in a fast paced environment

• A keen eye for detail to maintain consistency and high standards

• High food hygiene standards

• A desire to lead and develop a team
