• Job Title: Physical Therapist
• Location: Ortonville Area Health Services
• Position type: Full-time, benefited, 1.0 FTE
• Hours/Schedule: This position will generally be scheduled for 40 hours per week, with a flexible Monday through Friday schedule.
• Settings: This position will provide patient care across a range of settings, including Outpatient, Long-Term Care/Skilled Nursing Facilities (LTC/SNF), Home Health, Independent and Assisted Living Facilities, and Hospital Inpatient. Looking for someone who is wanting to grow and expand their practice with specialties in LSVT training, dry needling, pelvic health, orthopedics and geriatrics per therapist discretion.
