We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Off Site Information Input Clerk to join our team. Key ObjectivesThe Off Site Information Input Clerk is responsible for accurately entering, verifying, and managing data received from various sources outside the main office. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive information.
Responsibilities- Accurately input data from paper documents, digital files, and other sources into designated databases or systems.
- Verify and review information for completeness, consistency, and accuracy before submission.
- Maintain organized records of all input data and related documentation.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to resolve discrepancies or clarify data requirements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and data protection regulations.
- Manage workload efficiently to meet deadlines and performance targets.
- Report any issues or irregularities encountered during data entry promptly.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in data entry or administrative support is a plus.
- Proven experience in data entry, information management, or a similar administrative role.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
- Proficiency in using data entry software, MS Office (especially Excel), and other relevant computer applications.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high accuracy.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Basic understanding of data confidentiality and security practices.
