Remote Sales Operations Director

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Sales Operations Director - REMOTE. In this strategic leadership role, you will be pivotal in shaping and optimizing our sales operations function. Your focus will be on enhancing efficiency within the sales processes and driving revenue growth through effective collaboration with senior leadership. By establishing scalable systems and processes, you will manage cross-functional alignment to support a high-performing team, emphasizing continuous improvement and operational excellence in sales support, analytics, and customer enablement.
Accountabilities
  • Define and execute the Sales Operations and Sales Administration strategy aligned with growth objectives.
  • Maintain alignment with executive leadership to drive cross-functional initiatives.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing Sales Operations team with clear priorities.
  • Establish consistent operating processes and service expectations across sales activities.
  • Own and optimize the end-to-end sales process to improve efficiency.
  • Manage billing, service issues, and coordinate with relevant teams during escalations.
  • Oversee sales documentation and contract workflows in partnership with Legal.
  • Support the RFP process and ensure high-quality responses to proposals.
  • Drive sales enablement through effective onboarding and training initiatives.
  • Manage regular sales meetings, events, and enhance the Channel Partnership Program.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in Sales Operations or related fields.
  • Proven leadership skills in managing complex, multi-region sales operations.
  • Expertise in CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales enablement tools.
  • Strong analytical skills for performance tracking and reporting.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced organization with evolving needs.
  • Preferred: Experience in technology, SaaS, or professional services environments.
  • Preferred: Familiarity with ERP systems and advanced analytics platforms.
