This role offers a unique opportunity to shape and execute the content strategy for go-to-market initiatives in a fast-growing, AI-driven environment. The Senior Content Strategist will create compelling narratives that engage business leaders, translate complex technology into clear messaging, and drive awareness, pipeline, and brand authority. You will work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, product, and customer teams to craft content across multiple formats, from thought leadership and campaigns to interactive and multimedia assets. This position emphasizes both strategic planning and hands-on content creation, leveraging AI tools to optimize efficiency while maintaining high-quality storytelling. The environment is remote, collaborative, and mission-driven, providing scope to influence both the company’s voice and market presence.
- Define and execute a comprehensive content strategy that supports go-to-market efforts and drives brand awareness, pipeline, and thought leadership
- Produce high-impact content, including strategic briefs, thought leadership articles, customer success stories, and campaign assets, ensuring clarity and consistency across channels
- Collaborate with sales, customer, product, and marketing teams to understand audience needs, customer insights, and market trends, translating these into compelling content narratives
- Own end-to-end content campaigns, including planning, creation, distribution, repurposing, and measurement of impact
- Leverage modern content formats such as short-form video, interactive demos, templates, and tools to engage diverse audiences
- Analyze content performance metrics to prioritize initiatives, optimize strategy, and continuously improve ROI
- Mentor and guide content team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment
- 10+ years of experience in communications, content strategy, or editorial roles, preferably in B2B technology companies
- Proven ability to develop strategic narratives that influence senior business leaders and technical decision-makers
- Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics and make them actionable for audiences
- Experience collaborating with sales and commercial teams to align content with business outcomes
- Comfortable managing content campaigns end-to-end, including production, distribution, and performance analysis
- Proficiency with AI tools for content creation and workflow optimization is a plus
- Strong cross-functional collaboration, project management, and organizational skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-moving, ambiguous environments, with a proactive, self-starter mindset
