Affirmed Home Care is actively seeking experienced Certified Home Health Aides (HHAs) for immediate per diem opportunities in Mount Vernon and surrounding Southern Westchester communities.

• Valid New York State Home Health Aide (HHA) certification (required)
• Minimum of 1 year of professional HHA experience
• Authorization to work in the United States
• Valid driver’s license preferred

• Physical exam within the past 12 months
• PPD or QuantiFERON within 1 year, or chest X-ray within 5 years
• MMR immunization within the past 10 years
