Position Summary:

The Senior Director, LATAM COE will serve as a regional commercial and operational leader, overseeing sales governance, business operations, and marketing leadership across Latin America, including Mexico, Brazil, and all central & south America countries.

This role partners closely with U.S. Sales & Marketing leadership, ensuring regulatory compliance, operational excellence, and strong brand and commercial execution across diverse LATAM markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee sales governance, commercial regulation, and business operations across LATAM markets, ensuring compliance with local laws, trade regulations, and internal policies.

  • Establish, standardize, and continuously improve regional sales operating models, processes, and controls.

  • Support legal entity setup, market entry, and ongoing compliance for Mexico, Brazil, and additional South American countries in close collaboration with HR, Legal, Finance, and Tax teams.

  • Manage and review distributor, 3PL, and key commercial contracts, providing guidance and oversight on operational and regulatory matters.

  • Act as the regional owner of sales performance management, analyzing KPIs, identifying gaps and opportunities, and supporting sales strategy through data-driven insights.

  • Consolidate and interpret market, sales, and financial data across countries to support strategic planning, pricing decisions, and portfolio optimization.

  • Serve as the regional Marketing leader for LATAM, ensuring brand consistency, strategic alignment, and high-quality execution across all markets.

  • Develop and execute regional marketing strategies and campaigns in alignment with U.S. and global direction, while effectively localizing for LATAM markets.

  • Establish marketing guidelines, best practices, and operating frameworks, and actively coach and guide regional Marketing teams.

  • Lead market and consumer intelligence efforts, including competitive analysis, retail and channel trends, and consumer behavior insights, translating findings into actionable commercial strategies.

  • Drive cross-functional collaboration between Sales, Marketing, Operations, and HQ teams, serving as the central communication and coordination hub for LATAM.

  • Partner closely with U.S. Sales & Marketing leadership to design and execute regional growth initiatives, sales programs, and strategic commercial priorities.

  • Provide clear leadership and direction in a complex, multi-country, matrixed environment, influencing stakeholders across regions and functions.

Qualifications

  • 15+ years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Operations, or Commercial Leadership roles, with significant exposure to LATAM markets.

  • Proven experience leading multi-country or regional commercial operations.

  • Strong background in sales regulation, business operations, and commercial governance.

  • Demonstrated ability to work closely with U.S.-based Sales and Marketing teams.

  • Strategic mindset with strong execution capability.

  • Fluent in English; Spanish required, Portuguese strongly preferred.

The base salary for this position is between $140,000.00 and $170,000.00 per year. Actual compensation will depend on a variety of factors, including qualifications, experience, and location. This position may also be eligible for additional compensation and benefits, including an annual incentive bonus, medical/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, PTO/FTO, and a 401(k) plan with company match.
