  • Develop and maintain operational frameworks, performance tracking, and governance to ensure accountability and measurable results.
  • Oversee and prioritize key initiatives across Federal, Corporate Affairs, Government Relations, Go-to-Market, Legal, HR, and executive teams.
  • Build and institutionalize playbooks, protocols, communications governance, and engagement strategies, including for M&A activities.

  • Support enterprise issues management and crisis response in coordination with cross-functional teams.
  • Strengthen talent development, onboarding, and culture within the corporate affairs and government relations function.

Requirements:

  • 15+ years of progressive experience in government, public policy, corporate affairs, or chief of staff roles, including at least 5 years at director level or above.
  • Proven experience advising C-suite executives and influencing enterprise strategy.
  • Strong ability to lead complex, competing priorities and drive execution across matrixed organizations.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking combined with operational rigor and execution excellence.
  • Demonstrated experience building functions, operational infrastructure, or teams from the ground up.
  • Deep understanding of government contracting, public sector stakeholder management, and policy dynamics.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and executive communication skills; superior judgment and discretion with confidential information.
  • Ability to operate seamlessly between strategic advising and hands-on execution in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in political science, business, journalism, economics, or related field; MBA preferred.

Benefits:

  • Competitive base salary: $224,652 – $292,953 USD per year, with performance-based bonus and equity.
  • Flexible working model: onsite, hybrid, or fully remote options.
  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance plans.
  • Matching 401(k) retirement plan and other long-term benefits.
  • Generous paid time off, including unlimited PTO, holidays, and parental/adoption leave.
  • Home technology stipend to support remote work.
  • Opportunities for career development, leadership growth, and high-impact contributions.
