Accountabilities:
  • Drive revenue growth by identifying, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities within a portfolio of high-value accounts
  • Develop and execute territory and account strategies focused on expansion, retention, and long-term value creation
  • Lead consultative, insight-driven sales engagements with C-level stakeholders, articulating ROI and business outcomes
  • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and disciplined CRM usage
  • Identify upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities while strengthening multi-threaded executive relationships
  • Collaborate with product specialists and internal teams to deliver tailored solutions aligned with client needs
  • Leverage data, analytics, and modern sales tools to optimize performance and decision-making
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in consultative sales, engaging senior executives in complex deal environments
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in high-performance environments
  • Strong understanding of sales methodologies, pipeline management, and forecasting techniques
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a remote or hybrid environment
  • Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and sales enablement tools
  • Knowledge of legal, compliance, or professional services industries is highly desirable
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable sales strategies
