- Drive revenue growth by identifying, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities within a portfolio of high-value accounts
- Develop and execute territory and account strategies focused on expansion, retention, and long-term value creation
- Lead consultative, insight-driven sales engagements with C-level stakeholders, articulating ROI and business outcomes
- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and disciplined CRM usage
- Identify upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities while strengthening multi-threaded executive relationships
- Collaborate with product specialists and internal teams to deliver tailored solutions aligned with client needs
- Leverage data, analytics, and modern sales tools to optimize performance and decision-making
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in consultative sales, engaging senior executives in complex deal environments
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in high-performance environments
- Strong understanding of sales methodologies, pipeline management, and forecasting techniques
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a remote or hybrid environment
- Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and sales enablement tools
- Knowledge of legal, compliance, or professional services industries is highly desirable
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable sales strategies
- Competitive total compensation package ranging from approximately $189,000 to $351,000 (OTE) based on experience and location
